Category Insignia

We need an identifier for our occupational specialty on our uniforms. A category insignia would give us some idea of who we are talking to and working with. This is particularly important on a field deployment.

    As long as it promotes category pride and does not cause or contribute to cliques. I think its a good idea.

    Very agreed. This would be VERY useful on deployments. i've been in situations where I'm looking fo an IT officer, of a nurse or whatever, and this would facilitate that identification. It would also enhance esprit de corps, in my opinion.
